Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.

We strive to collect as little personal data as possible from users of our Service. Most of the data We collect about you does not allow us to uniquely identify you as an individual, but in some cases, it does allow us to identify your Device that you use to gain access.

We collect the following data, which in some countries may be considered Personal Data:

Data You Provide

We collect data that you provide yourself when using the Service. You have the right not to provide this data, but certain functions will not be available to you.

Such data includes:

User Email – your unique email address;

Profile and Gameplay information, including your Username (a set of characters and/or numbers that is not already used by another player on our Services and that you can change in your account yourself), Avatar or profile picture; your game progress, scores, achievements and payments (including items you have purchased, their cost and when you purchased them); competitions you participate in; details of how and when you have used our Service; and details of your membership and team activity on our Service, including messages you post in online communities;

User Generated Content, including any files, documents, videos, images, data or information that you upload or transmit to interact with us or while using our Service;

Customer Support Information – information you provide when you contact us for customer support, including the nature of your problem, payment information and your account information.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Depending on which Services You interact with and where You are located, we may automatically collect and process the following types of personal data:

Analytics data, including a user ID that contains detailed information about how you use and interact with our Service; conversion and event data that contains detailed information about how and when you use our Service, including your achievements, rankings, etc., data about the Device you use to access our Service.

Usage Data may include information such as your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data (such as battery life, load times, latency, frame rate, or other technical information).

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information from Third-Party

Most of the personal data that we collect about you comes directly from you when you interact with our Service. However, we may also collect personal data from third parties in the following circumstances:

Social Media: When you interact with our Service through various social media networks, such as when you "Like" our official page on Facebook or follow us, or share our official page’s content on Google, Facebook, X, or other social networks, we may receive some information about you. The data we receive depends on your privacy settings with the social network and may include name, profile picture and friends list. You should always review and, if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites, social media networks, and services before making your personal data publicly available and/or linking or connecting your account on one service to other services.

App Marketplaces: When you download our mobile applications or make in-app payments through the Apple App Store, Google Play or other app marketplaces, we receive personal data about your device, account and payments. We do not receive access to your credit card or bank account data when you make in-app payments through these app marketplaces. The personal data we receive from these third-party companies will depend on your privacy settings with them.

Information we receive from authentication services you connect to our Service: Some parts of our Service may allow you to log in through a third-party social network or authentication service, such as Facebook, Google and Apple. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal data with us, which could include your name, email address and user ID associated with the third party, profile picture, and, in the case of Facebook, the names and avatars of your Facebook friends who are already used our Service. The data we receive is dependent on that third party's policies and your privacy settings on that third-party site. Logging in with Facebook will not allow us to post anything to your page without your permission, and we will not receive any information about your Facebook friends who do not use our Service. If you do not wish your Facebook friends to be able to see your progress in our Service, you can prevent this by disconnecting your Facebook account from our Service and updating your app permissions from within your Facebook settings. If you choose not to connect your account to your Facebook, Google or Apple account, the personal data that we collect when you use our Service will be linked to a randomly generated user ID rather than information that could identify you directly, but we will collect device-level identifiers and other information associated with those identifiers described above. We recommend that you read Facebook's Privacy Policy and review your privacy settings from time to time to ensure that you understand fully how your Facebook data is shared.

Other Sources: We may also collect personal data from publicly available sources, third parties who obtain your prior consent to send us your personal data, or through transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.

Information Collected while Using the Application

When you make in-game purchases, we do not collect data about your payment transactions and do not have access to your payment information. This information is collected and stored by your platform (e.g. App Store on Apple devices, Google Play on Android devices) or your platform's payment processor.

We may receive data about your payments through third-party services (if a payment processor, bank, or other third-party payment provider requests this) for the purpose of verifying your payments. However, we do not intentionally collect or store this data.

Please note that in-game purchases may be made not only through the functionality of the Service, but also through stores of third-party services authorized by us. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of such third-party services.

In certain cases, your data may be collected to process your refund requests, which also requires your consent, as specified in this Privacy Policy.
